What Critics Have to Say about Ristorante Tuscany

Tuscany, a city located on the western coast of central Italy, bears some resemblance with Puerto Rico – which makes its gastronomy attractive to the Caribbean palate. Designed by Chef Cesare Biancala, born in Tuscany’s Delucca province – the restaurant’s menu is the perfect example of authentic Italian cooking. Although Biancalana no longer works at the San Juan Marriott, he left a flavorful and healthy menu as his legacy. “People are eating healthier everyday and our menu takes this into account” expressed Tuscany’s executive chef Ralph Romano. “We have dishes that are low in carbohydrates – like Antipasto and our mozzarella/tomato and basil salad – also our wild mushroom Risotto is great for vegetarians.” For those who love frutti di mare, don’t worry, they play a starring role at Tuscany’s kitchen.
At Ristorante Tuscany every dish is an experience! And its staff provides excellent service and complementary suggestions for wine pairings. The desserts (gelatto sorbet, tiramisu, and others), created by chef Federico Hita, add the final touch to your meal and make a second trip to Tuscany a must.
